The Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong was established in 1984, composed of non-profit organizations with common goals of promoting mental health and community care. It empowers mental health patients by providing opportunities to interact with the community and helps them integrate into society through cultural and artistic channels.

利民會於一九八四年在香港成立，由分佈世界各地、抱有推動精神健康、社區照顧等共同目標之非牟利機構組成。其中利民會職業復康中心旗下手工品牌，透過文化藝術渠道，為精神病康復者提供機會與社區互動交流，融入社區。
